Turn the Instant Pot to sauté
Add in butter and let melt
Stir in all the spices, brown sugar and molasses until combined
Add in oats and water and stir to combine
Put on the lid, in the locked position, ensuring the vent is sealed
Select the Porridge setting, High Pressure for 12 minutes
When cooking in done allow to naturally release for 10 minutes and then carefully manually release
Remove lid and stir oats to combine, there will be a layer of liquid on top
Serve with any additional toppings you prefer
